101 Things in 1001 Days Update

As you all know, I made a list of 101 Things in 1001 Days, and what you don't know is....well....I've changed my mind on some of the things on the list....go figure. So here's are some of the things that I will not be doing....
# 5: Visit Orlando - Already been there, but there's still hope, maybe a Disney vacation.
#8: Participate in carnival in Trinidad - Not really interested anymore, I'll settle just to go for a visit
#47 and  #48: I have no desire to learn to cook at all, so there will be no signature meal(s) in my future
#49: Learn conversational Spanish: No tanto
